The Los Faros de Panama Development is the height of 346m and 85 storeys and will make the central tower one of the tallest residential buildings in the world.
The project is divided into two main parts: the Podium and the Towers. The Podium will consist of shopping centres, casinos, general facilities, social areas and swimming pools. The Towers will consist of hotel rooms, residential flats and VIP flats.

The parking facilities will accommodate each residential flat. More than 110,000m2 of parking spaces which equals to 3,895 spaces will be available; 2,651 will be for residential only, 1,124 for the shopping centre and casino and 120 for the hotel.
Los Faros will have solar panels, which will be found on the roofing of the towers and will be connected to the electrical current consumed in the general public area, an automated waste collection and a water treatment plant.
The development will be finished to the highest of standards with high quality and speed lifts to state of the art remote controlled air conditioning in bedrooms, living and kitchen areas of the apartments.
The social areas will consist of beautiful external landscaping, swimming pools, a private solarium and gym.
The flats of residential use will be of 2, 3 and 3+1 bedrooms with floor areas of 100m2 and 150m2. The VIP flats will be of 4 or 5 bedrooms with floor areas of 200m2 to 1,000m2.
