The golf course will be a huge feature surrounding the development. It was designed by Jack Nicklaus and will have many features;
• PAR 72 course
• Holes 7 & 8 will have lagoons
• Holes 11 & 12 will be close to the sea
• The golf course will have gentle changes of level that follow the slope of the land
This one of a kind golf course has been described as “a real challenge for professional players and very comfortable for the average player”.
A Hawksbill Turtle Research & Prevention Centre will be built within the resort for the Campeche community. The centre will monitor the arrival of turtles on the beach.
The resort will have 2.6 kilometres of high quality fine white sandy beach with a beautiful palm tree background. A variety of water sports can be played on the beach and facilities of the Beach Club can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
Within the resort there will be a marina and for those sea enthusiasts there will be a Yacht Club which will consist of a clubhouse, restaurant, meeting room, changing rooms, gym and a dry marina.
There are several International Airports located nearby the resort such as Campeche, Cancun, Ciudad del Carmen and Merida Airport. Furthermore, there is a private heliport in the Resort.
There will be three types of different residences; Beach Houses with spectacular views to the sea, Golf Houses with amazing views of the golf course and Marina Houses with views to the sports marina.
The golf units line the outside of the golf course and are surrounded by leafy native trees. These apartments range from three to nine stories.
The Marina units are situated nearby the boardwalk and boulevard. These attractive apartments come with a choice of two or three bedrooms.
The stunning Beach units will consist of either two or three bedrooms. Two spectacular views will be seen from either side of the apartment. On one side of the terrace along with a private Jacuzzi an amazing view of the sunset can be witnessed, and on the other side views of the lush mangroves and/or the golf course. Each building will have direct access to the beach.
