1. Introduction
1.1. You will be able to access some areas of the PNI Website without registering your details with PNI. Certain areas of the PNI Website are only available if you register.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you. 10.4. PNI shall not be responsible for any breach beyond its reasonable control.
10.5. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms in these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to the website under the domain name www.pniproperty.com ("PROPERTY NETWORKS INTERNATIONAL Website") which is owned and operated by Property Networks UK Ltd t/a Property Networks International ("PNI"); company number 0000000, BANCHORY AB31 5ZU.
We collect personal and company information from Members. Member details are required to be displayed on the PNI website in order to display their status as an PNI Member.
Members have the opportunity to resign their membership (subject to the conditions of the Constitution) and be deleted from the website. They can also check or correct any information submitted online to the PNI. Where requested, PNI will remove any personal identifiable information from its systems.
We use information that Members submit online in any one of the following ways:
- to make changes to your profile at your request
- to register information at your request
- to respond to your submission or enquiry
